Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an experienced HVAC wholesale sales professional to drive growth through plumbing and HVAC distributors, managing manufacturer’s reps, expanding share of wallet with current distribution, and developing new business partners for Bosch portfolio.

You will conduct sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salesmen to contractors, builders, architects and engineers, and develop a sales plan to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience selling a technology-based product in a business-to-business environment.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors and strong industry knowledge.
• Proven track record of generating and closing sales leads.
• Excellent negotiation skills and communication/presentation abilities.
• Self-reliant with imagination, innovative thinking, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in your territory.
• Complete sales calls in wholesale distribution representing the product line to the wholesaler and assisting wholesalers present to contractors.
• Manage reps in the territory.
• Understand and maintain the company’s wholesale pricing fundamentals and marketing programs.
• Train and educate builders, contractors, architects and engineers in your territory on the product line.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and other sales initiatives in your region.
