• Excellent phone presence and clear communication with customers.
• Comfortable using software/apps; proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, with strong follow through.

Responsibilities

• Schedule calls and confirmation calls for prospects and customers.
• Perform follow-up calls and prospecting to grow bookings.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and coordinate with installation team.
• Support with installation prep, estimates and data entry & spreadsheet management.
