Robies Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and deliver an elite customer experience. The role involves scheduling and confirming calls, onboarding customers, and assisting with installation preparation.

The ideal candidate will excel at phone outreach, stay organized, and be comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word and AI tools. This position emphasizes fast-paced teamwork with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Robies has an immediate opening for an HVAC Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales team and work directly with customers to ensure an elite, top-tier customer experience for every Robies prospect or customer. Specific tasks include, but not limited to: scheduling calls, confirmation calls, follow up calls, prospecting calls, onboarding new customers, assisting with installation prep, estimating and data entry & spreadsheet management.

Candidates should be very comfortable making phone calls to customers. Candidates must be able to exude a warm, welcoming, gentle, enthusiastic, energetic demeanor at all times when dealing with customers. Ensuring customers have a wonderful experience is the #1 goal and priority of Robies HVAC Sales Coordinator. Candidates must be motivated and excited to directly help Robies Sales Team succeed and book more jobs.

Must be very knowledgeable and efficient at technology – fast & accurate typist, experience with software, apps, and proficient and fast with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. Also must be open to embrace AI and emerging technology. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-through. Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple supervisors. Robies Sales & Installation Dept is fast paced – candidates must be able to thrive a fast paced work environment.
