Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support retrofit and automation project work.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent, set up projects, manage scheduling, and maintain project documentation in SharePoint. Responsibilities include coordinating purchases, maintaining safety programs, processing invoices and change orders, preparing submittals, and assisting with billings and WIP reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of back-office support in the construction field.
• Strong administrative skills and computer literacy in Microsoft products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Set up retrofit and automation jobs and schedule shifts with PM and Superintendent.
• Develop and maintain project folders in SharePoint; attend meetings and record minutes.
• Coordinate purchases, manage vendor invoices, and process subcontracts and permits.
• Assist with billings, WIP reports, and payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Support project managers with daily requirements and safety program adherence.
