Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support retrofit and automation projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent, providing updates and attending scheduling meetings.

You will set up retrofit and automation jobs, develop project folders in SharePoint, coordinate procurement, manage invoices and subcontracts, and assist with payroll, WIP reports, and close-out documents as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Three years’ experience in back-office support in Construction.
• Strong background with Construction forms and permits.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and work well with others.
• Ability to work independently or as member of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up retrofit and automation jobs and coordinate scheduling with PM and Superintendent.
• Attend job, project review and manpower scheduling meetings and document tasks.
• Develop and maintain all project folders in SharePoint.
• Process invoices, subcontracts, and vendor communications with A/P.
• Prepare submittal manuals and certificates of insurance as required.
• Assist with billings, Pay Applications, and WIP reporting.
• Support daily requirements of all Project Managers.
