Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the service renewal cycle and accounts receivable activities. You will assist with invoicing, collections and new customer authorizations, while providing admin support in service operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence. A high school diploma is required, with HVAC or service background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, ACCESS and internet business applications.

Responsibilities

• Track and support the planned service renewal process and AR activities.
• Handle inquiries and assist with invoicing and billing.
• Coordinate with account owners to monitor touch points and renewal lifecycle.
