Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of ~45 wpm and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and support the service agreement renewal process.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and collections.
• Provide back up call handling and general administrative duties.
• Maintain CMMS, manage work orders and equipment history.
• Prepare invoices and reconcile costs related to service activities.
