Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Residential HVAC sales through wholesale distribution channels in CA, OR, and WA. The role requires managing manufacturer reps, expanding market share, and developing new partners. Expect up to 80% regional travel with 20% from a home office, and ongoing support for Bosch Home Comfort wholesale accounts.

You will engage contractors, builders, architects and engineers, while hitting targets and refining market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience selling a technology-based product.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors and strong industry knowledge.
• Proven track record of generating and closing sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in your assigned territory.
• Complete sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment representing the product line to the wholesaler and assisting wholesaler present our products to the contractor.
• Manage reps in the territory.
• Understand and maintain the company’s wholesale pricing fundamentals and marketing programs.
• Train and educate builders, contractors, architects and engineers in your assigned territory on the product line.
• Plan and/or participate in trade shows and/or other marketing and sales initiatives in your region.
