Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. is seeking a Regional Residential HVAC Sales professional to expand the Bosch product portfolio through wholesale distributors, reps and contractors.

You will develop a sales plan, visit distributor branches and builders, and drive market development to meet targets. The role requires up to 80% regional travel and 20% home-office work, with a base salary range of $118,000–$130,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years proven experience selling a technology-based product, preferably B2B.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors and strong industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an account base and close sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with Reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in your territory.
• Complete sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Manage reps in the territory.
• Understand and maintain wholesale pricing fundamentals and marketing programs.
• Train builders, contractors, architects and engineers in the territory on the product line.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and other marketing/sales initiatives.
