Job summary

Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales professional to drive growth through the plumbing and HVAC wholesale channel.

You will manage manufacturer reps, expand share of wallet, and develop new distributors for the Bosch HVAC portfolio, with travel up to 80% and a home office 20%. Responsibilities include building relationships with reps, wholesalers, contractors and engineers, planning market development, training partners, and supporting distributor

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling technology-based products in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge.
• Proven ability to grow an account base and close sales leads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-reliant with imagination and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in your territory.
• Complete sales calls in wholesale distribution and present to contractors.
• Manage reps in the territory.
• Understand and apply pricing and marketing programs.
• Train builders, contractors, architects and engineers in your territory.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and other initiatives.
