Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales professional to drive sales through wholesale distribution, manage manufacturer reps, and expand share of wallet with distributors and contractors. You will travel regionally up to 80% and occasionally work from a home office.

Grow Bosch Home Comfort portfolio by developing strategic plans, training reps, and supporting contractors and engineers with product knowledge and sales execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience selling a technology-based product in the B2B marketplace.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge.
• Proven track record of generating and closing sales leads.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and strong communication.
• Self-reliant; imaginative; innovative; highly productive and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in your assigned territory.
• Complete sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment representing the product line.
• Manage reps in the territory and understand pricing fundamentals.
• Train builders, contractors, architects and engineers on the product line.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and other sales initiatives in your region.
