Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certified and/or licensed in a particular trade or a minimum of seven years of experience in a particular trade.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders.
• Supervises assigned personnel.
• Assists with emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintains equipment in inventory.
• Completes written reports.
• Lifts, climbs, digs, drives and operates power tools.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
