SSC Services for Education is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor for the Moore Public School District. You will perform skilled maintenance on building systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate with leadership to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires a background in institutional maintenance, relevant licenses, and the ability to work independently, including on-call emergencies. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Compass Group

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• One of the following licenses or certifications: Journeyman Electrical, EPA Refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics; valid driver’s license.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and perform strenuous labor.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Update work statuses and document tasks in CMMS using a mobile device.
• Help determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for projects.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment, and coordinate with supervisors for major repairs.
