Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor for the Moore Public School District. The role requires oversight of HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical building services, and coordination with maintenance staff to ensure reliable operation.

The position demands hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and appropriate trade licenses. This on-site role offers training, growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and same-day pay

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Journeyman Electrical License or EPA certification or Journeyman Plumber License.
• Experience working with blueprints and schematics. Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and non-complex reactive repairs.
• Updates work statuses and documents tasks in CMMS using a mobile device.
• Assists in determining manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs and projects.
• Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, and diagnoses HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Maintains logs, PMs, and inspections; supports project management as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and performs emergency repairs as required.
