Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent HVAC training.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• HVAC license or Maryland Stationary Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in mechanical, building automation, and HVAC services.
• Inspect work and ensure adherence to standards and safety.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate contractor services.
• Calibrate Direct Digital Controls and test system points.
