Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
• Experience with Direct Digital Control and Energy Management Systems.
• EPA-approved certification and Virginia driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems.
• Assist higher skill level technicians on complex tasks.
• Attend classes or seminars related to facilities maintenance.
• Be available for on-call and inclement weather duties.
• Adhere to confidentiality and school district policies.
