Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide prompt and courteous service to contractors and key customers. You will research products, prepare quotes, process orders, and handle daily sales activities with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, comfort with basic math, and the ability to operate RF scanners. Forklift experience is a plus and English proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide courteous service and respond to needs.
• Process orders and payments; handle quotes and bids.

• Answer calls and provide product information and assistance.
• Assist with key accounts, bids, or quotes as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Attend product and service training for knowledge growth.
• Promote promotions to customers to boost sales.
