Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers over the phone and in person.
• Process sales orders and returns; prepare quotes for large contractors.
• Research products and respond to inquiries; assist with account managers for key customers.
• Enter orders; handle payments and pricing; support promotional activities.
