DeBra-Kuempel Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.

The ideal candidate will read schematics and blueprints, work with electrical components, and utilize computer-based technology; a strong safety mindset and excellent customer communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC/R mechanic experience including installation and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems per code.
• Competent with reading schematics, blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Willing to learn computer-based technology and use maintenance systems.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install and startup HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC/R systems and components.
• Communicate with customers regarding planned tasking, issues, or impacts.
• Advise the HVAC Service Manager of job progress and material/labor requirements.
• Order replacement parts as needed.
• Work with all electrical components from disconnect through equipment.
• Submit reports as required by supervisor.
• Timely response to emergency service calls during and outside of normal working hours.
• Accurately document hours worked, tasks performed, materials used, and processes involved.
• Follow SOPs and create or revise SOPs as needed.
