Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires diagnosing electrical components, reading schematics, and using computer-based technology on service calls.

The candidate should have experience with electrical components, reading blueprints, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/R mechanical work including installation and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, adjust, repair, and replace HVAC systems and components.
• Proficient in electrical safety procedures and reading schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating and cooling equipment per maintenance program.
• Install and startup various HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems.
• Communicate with customers about tasks and issues; report progress to supervisor.
