Job summary

Team Sunshine Construction seeks a detail‑oriented HVAC Project Coordinator to oversee scheduling and coordination of residential HVAC projects from start to finish. This role ensures installations run smoothly, inspections are completed on time, customers stay informed, and installation teams have what they need to succeed.

Responsibilities include coordinating installations, serving as the main customer contact, and collaborating with installers, warehouse staff, and permitting departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration (HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC installations, inspections, and service appointments while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Coordinate with installers, technicians, warehouse staff, permitting, operations, and local building departments to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Track project milestones and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM, ensuring all permits, equipment information, and required documentation are complete.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, assist with project logistics, and support additional administrative and project coordination tasks as needed.
