Job summary

Logan Services in Dayton, OH is seeking an HVAC Project Coordinator to keep residential installations moving from sale through completion. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate with customers, installers, field leaders, track permits and payments, and ensure jobs stay on track.

No HVAC experience required; if you’re organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, this role offers training and growth. The position is Monday–Friday on-site with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of scheduling, dispatch, operations, or project coordination experience preferred.
• HVAC experience is not required but helpful.
• We are looking for someone who can organize, communicate, solve problems, and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
• Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
• Monitor projects from sale through completion and keep records.
• Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and approved time off.
• Coordinate gas line installations from scheduling through completion.
• Monitor permits and customer balances; partner with other departments as needed.
