Logan Services in Dayton, OH seeks an HVAC Installation Coordinator to manage daily residential installations from sale to completion. You will coordinate with customers, installers, field leadership, sales, logistics, and support to schedule efficiently and ensure installations are performed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, scheduling, operations, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for customers before, during, and after installation.
• Collaborate with installers, field supervisors, sales, logistics and support teams.
• Maintain accurate records and installation paperwork, payments, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate gas line installations from scheduling through completion.
• Monitor permits and customer balances; assist Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Support installer scheduling, Saturday availability, and payroll verification.
• Provide admin and technical support for ServiceTitan, Wells Fargo, Synchrony, and internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and support projects.
• On-Call Rotation – each coordinator serves one week approximately every two months.
