Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial, institutional, and/or industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to translate technical HVAC issues into customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop retrofit, equipment upgrade, remodel, and design/build solutions.
• Conduct jobsite surveys and develop project scopes.
• Estimate labor and material requirements.
• Prepare and present customer proposals.
• Develop new accounts while growing existing relationships.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams from opportunity development through project execution.
