Job summary

Four-year degree in HVAC or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HVAC experience.
5+ years of HVAC field experience preferred.
Knowledge of commercial, institutional, and industrial HVAC systems.
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop HVAC solutions for new and existing customers, including upgrades, retrofits, remodels, and design/build projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts to drive repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support top line growth.
Perform jobsite surveys to develop accurate project scopes and estimates.
Prepare cost estimates including labor and materials, and develop detailed project proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
