Jobot is seeking a dynamic Service Manager for our HVAC division in the commercial sector in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads a team of technicians and dispatchers, oversees service delivery, and drives profitability and customer satisfaction for a growing construction-focused HVAC business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC service management experience, strong project and financial acumen, and a proven ability to manage costs, proposals, and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in HVAC and B2B sales preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively

Responsibilities

• Project management, scheduling, and asset management
• Management of costs, billings, and collections
• Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
• Evaluate contractual scope of work
• Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
• Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
• Manage and mitigate financial risks
