Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Sales professional to grow HVAC maintenance contracts within the Construction industry. You will manage an assigned territory, promote maintenance and service contracts, and drive sales growth while delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in maintenance sales for HVAC, strong negotiations, and solid account management skills, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance sales, specifically in the HVAC sector within the Construction industry.
• Proven track record in outside sales, account management, and territory management.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, their functionality, and maintenance requirements.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to promote our maintenance and service contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients within an assigned territory to ensure future sales.
• Monitor the market, competitor products, and activities, and adjust your sales strategies as needed to maximize sales results.
• Use your excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
