Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Consult with commercial clients on HVAC system replacements and energy initiatives.
- Collaborate with service technicians and account teams on warm leads.
- Perform site assessments and load calculations.
- Prepare engineering estimates and consultative sales proposals with ROI.
- Support seamless handoff from sale to project delivery.
- Help drive department growth to meet targets.
