The candidate should excel in building networks, presenting solutions, and closing deals, reporting to the local Branch Leader and collaborating with the service team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 previous progressive sales roles.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills for individual and group contexts.
• Experience selling service and maintenance.
• Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows a disciplined process to identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; leverages networks to uncover leads.
• Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments.
• Builds a referral network to identify new customers.
• Conducts sales calls to address facility directors' needs for HVAC services.
• Develops urgency and positions FirstCall Mechanical as the supplier of choice.
• Proposes solutions using branch capabilities with emphasis on maintenance agreements and digital services.
• Understands the customer's business and speaks their language.
• Reviews proposals and secures customer commitment.
• Conducts kickoff meetings and supports collections.
