Fontanesi and Kann Company is actively seeking an Estimator to support Sales Representatives in HVAC product lines, preparing accurate material quotations for core equipment used in commercial settings. The role requires precision, timely delivery, and proactive collaboration with sales teams and customers.

You will review specifications, price standard products, and provide alternate options while coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive bids and high-quality service.

Formación

• HVAC system knowledge and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows software.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Review project specs, drawings, and RFQs to generate accurate estimates.
• Select and price standard HVAC products such as air distribution, packaged equipment, fans, and sheet metal items.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to create and deliver strategic bids to contractors.
• Provide alternate product options to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple quotations with tight deadlines.
• Communicate with internal teams, factory reps, and customers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and sales support.
