Johnson Barrow is seeking an estimator to assist with sales and execution of HVAC projects, from estimates through closeout. You will help implement SOPs and review project documents to develop competitive estimates, supporting a structured estimating workflow across the organization.

The role offers exposure to a portfolio of major projects, opportunities for professional development, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, contractors, and building owners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience in the HVAC industry strongly preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• AutoCAD is not required, but a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review construction drawings, specifications and contract documents to identify all project requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive, accurate and competitive estimates/proposals.
• Utilize various manufacturer tools and software to develop accurate quotes.
• Participate in estimating, pre-qualification and pre-bid meetings with full engagement.
• Coordinate bid reviews for strategic projects and support sales meetings.
