• 5–10+ years in commercial HVAC/mechanical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout for HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to deliver on-time, on-budget results.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and change orders; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and contract compliance across projects.
