Job summary

Modigent, a national leader in HVAC, plumbing, and controls, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - HVAC to lead complex commercial projects. You will oversee project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional safety and client satisfaction.

You will partner with operations leadership to identify risks, drive budgets, and foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders across our nationwide operating companies.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive PM experience in commercial HVAC/mechanical construction.
• 4+ years in senior/lead PM roles managing teams and multi-million-dollar projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred; related field acceptable with HVAC knowledge.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, OSHA 30-hour are a plus; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review bid documents and schedules; identify risks and opportunities and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations to meet milestones and targets.
• Track budgets, costs, and forecasts; manage change orders and profitability.
• Maintain open communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; document decisions and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contract requirements.
