Carrier in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily coordination of ~15 HVAC-focused projects. Responsibilities include budgets, staffing, cost estimation, data analysis, progress reporting, and cross-team coordination. This hybrid role blends remote work with regular office days.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in HVAC controls, and fluency with MS Office. A Bachelor’s in HVAC is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ years experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility.
• Allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to meet targets.
• Prepare reports to communicate project status within the team.
• Set objectives and guide the team to meet budgets and milestones.
• Identify project problems and propose solutions; reallocate resources or adjust contracts.
