Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in Richardson, TX to independently develop project plans, schedules and budgets, coordinate across functional teams, forecast revenues and track progress. You will manage subcontractors, ensure contractual scope delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction while guiding financial performance.

The role requires HVAC BAS experience, strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, plus travel up to 50% within the region.

Qualifications

• HVAC BAS industry experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the greater Waco area.
• High school diploma or GED; sponsorship not provided.
• AA/AS or BA/BS preferred for advancement.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large portfolio projects with defined plans, schedules and budgets.
• Forecast revenues, track progress and resolve project issues.
• Manage financial performance including billing and cost re-estimation.
• Coordinate resources and subcontractor relationships to meet contracts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
