Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects from planning to closeout.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to design and implement HVAC systems.
• Developing project plans and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for timely materials and services.
• Ensuring work complies with codes, standards, and regulations.
