Qualifications

We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about managing all aspects of HVAC projects, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-build and a proven track record in delivering high-quality HVAC projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from initial planning to project closeout.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to design and implement effective HVAC systems.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Effectively communicating project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Continuously improving project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or related industry.
• Proven experience in managing design-build projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
