Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation’s Automated Logic division seeks a Project Manager to coordinate approximately 15 projects, manage budgets, staffing, and cost estimates in the Seattle area on a hybrid basis.

You will lead project plans, allocate resources, prepare reports, and serve as the primary customer contact, while supporting business development and ensuring timely, clear communications with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment above 8 feet and lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets and coordinate resources.
• Allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to meet targets.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status within the project team.
• Set objectives and guide the team to meet budgets and milestones.
• Identify problems and propose solutions; reallocate resources as needed.
• Act as primary customer contact and develop relationships to meet customer needs.
• Support business development; write proposals and coordinate with client executives.
