Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Team with status reports, meetings, site visits, and customer communications. You will help keep plans current, manage revisions, and track issues across multiple sites in a hybrid Dallas-based role.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and 3+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing services, with strong MS Office skills, organization, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; additional work experience may count toward it.
• 3+ years of related work experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing service or similar field.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).
• Strong organization, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No visa sponsorship is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution support to the Project Team with status reports and escalation notes.
• Schedule meetings, site visits and customer meetings; track progress.
• Coordinate with local teams to keep project plans current.
• Update plans and communicate revisions to stakeholders.
• Document standards, policies, and program details.
• Assist with revisions to project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor project issues and provide timely status updates.
• Support project tracking, reporting and forecasting.
• Create and maintain project deliverables and documentation.
• Update tracking systems to reflect accurate status.
