Daikin Applied is seeking a Project Coordinator II – Data Centers to support the execution of new construction Data Center projects. The role is based in Dallas with a hybrid schedule, and involves coordinating schedules, meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing services, plus strong MS Office, organization, and communication abilities to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing service or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution assistance with status reports and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate with project team to keep project plan current.
• Update process plans and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project issues and provide status updates.
• Create and maintain project forecasts and documentation.
