Job summary

Daikin Applied in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator II for HVAC turnkey & contracting projects. In-office role supporting project managers, coordinating schedules, procurement, financials, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will liaise with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or alternative experience considered.
• 3+ years related experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or similar field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and establish new project records and documentation.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders and schedule progress meetings.
• Manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Process invoices, change orders, and billing documentation.
• Maintain project records and compliance documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support Davis-Bacon/certified payroll administration and reporting.
