Job summary

AMS Industries Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Refrigeration Group in Bolingbrook, IL. You will assist the Project Manager, process POs/sub-contracts, handle job cost projections, and aid with estimating and proposals.

The role involves invoicing prep, pricing updates, material tracking, and coordinating deliveries with the Fab shop and other teams. This is an ESOP, employee-owned company offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in the mechanical field.
• HVAC Refrigeration experience or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong logistics, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to present information to external clients.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with project management software.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process POs and sub-contracts for equipment, supplies and services.
• Prepare job cost projections and reports.
• Assist with estimating and change orders.
• Assist PMs with estimating, proposals, coordination and close-out.
• Prepare job invoicing and update commodity pricing.
• Track materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare PMs for monthly PM meetings.
• Coordinate with Fab shop on deliveries and materials.
• Coordinate with other trades, PMs or outside contractors.
