Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in construction, HVAC, or distribution
• Experience with estimating, take-offs, quoting, or project coordination is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales with contractor bids and project opportunities
• Perform HVAC take-offs, estimating, and pricing
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and submittals
• Enter and manage customer orders and project documentation
• Maintain project logs and track job progress
• Track shipments and project milestones
• Coordinate Start-Up with service teams
• Coordinate warranty docs and O&M manuals
• Support billing documentation and project closeout
