THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

• Identify project needs to complete accurate estimates with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Coordinate jobs set up, ensure all materials are on order with delivery dates, coordinate with subcontractors and internal installers, and see projects through to completion.
• Manage all change orders.
• Provide projected costs for estimating and bidding purposes as well for billing.
• Develop timelines for product delivery and scheduling of personnel.
• Create and manage budgets for awarded projects.
