The role involves processing POs and subcontracts, coordinating materials and deliveries, assisting with estimating and proposals, and helping manage job cost projections and invoicing. Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience in the mechanical field.
• Experience in HVAC Refrigeration or as a Project Coordinator a plus.
• Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to external clients/audiences.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management skills and the ability to motivate/manage a team(s).
• Experience with project management software
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with keeping attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process POs and sub-contracts for equipment, supplies and services.
• Process change orders.
• Job cost projections and job cost reports.
• Assist with job estimating.
• Assist Project Managers with estimating/proposals/coordination/close-out.
• Job invoicing preparation.
• Updating commodity pricing.
• Material/Equipment tracking and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare PM’s for monthly PM meetings.
• Work with Fab shop to coordinate deliveries/ordering materials.
• Coordinates activities with other trades areas, project manager or outside contractors.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Located in our beautiful Bolingbrook, IL facility and reporting to the EVP of Refrigeration Group, the Refrigeration Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in the success of projects while supporting their division and leadership team.

Responsibilities:
