Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of knowledge/experience in building and construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to read construction documents.
• Good verbal and written communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize and distribute project documents and drawings.
• Assist in drafting, submitting and tracking RFIs.
• Maintain procurement logs and track tool rentals.
• Support site safety walkthroughs and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to estimate projects.
• Track labor productivity in accounting software.
