Harris is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to standards, budget, and deadlines. You will manage document control, RFIs, field coordination notes, and safety compliance while assisting in estimation and labor-tracking activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in construction, with strong reading of construction documents and excellent communication in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/construction-related field.
• 2+ years of knowledge/experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and reading construction documents.

Responsabilités

• Review, organize and distribute contract documents and drawings to team members.
• Assist in drafting, submitting and tracking RFIs and responses.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Assist in quality control program documentation and closeout packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to estimate projects using estimating software.
• Track labor productivity in accounting software.
