Service Champions NorCal is seeking an HVAC Production Manager to lead and support our installation technicians at the San Jose Service Center. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes field coaching (about 70%) and ongoing training to ensure client satisfaction and installation quality.

You will partner across Sales, Service, Operations, and Fleet teams to drive productive, profitable installations while upholding our core values and standards.
