Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing service team. You will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and ongoing team development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, process improvements, and building strong client relationships while delivering top-tier HVAC service across our California area. Experience with training and recruiting is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to service excellence.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and optimize technician productivity.
• Serve as primary liaison for escalated customer inquiries and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department budget and monitor expenses.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain accurate records.
