Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support HVAC Installation Technicians.
- Spend ~70% of time in the field and ~30% at the service center.
- Ensure client satisfaction, installation quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Fleet teams.
- Maintain installation standards and gross margin goals.
